• Online orders: Initiate return requests within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels &security seal tag intact.
• Issued with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported us within 24 hrs. of delivery.
• Returns must be made in the same region where the purchase was made.
• To initiate a return & exchange request please navigate to "Exchange/Return Request" under policies in footer section of website.
• Pick-up will be attempted twice only, the first one is free and for the second one you have to pay Rs.200/- for the transportation charges., After payment done, please share the screenshot to our mail.
• A reverse shipment or return the product charged Rs.200/- for excessive returns, which will be deducted from the Refund.
• After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, store credit equivalent to your order amount will be issued and shared with you via email within 7 to 10 business days.
Note: Shipping charges are Non-refundable.
Any Items purchased with discount prices, coupons or in a sale. Or any such promotions where in free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns and exchanges.
